IFRAO Symposium to Examine Pleistocene Rock Art of the World
The International Federation
of Rock Art Organizations (IFRAO) is inviting proposals
and contributions to examine Pleistocene Rock Art
of the World addressing questions of dating, the
definitions of palaeoart and its taphonomy, and
its regional distribution of evidence in each continent,
re-evaluating the topic of the global phenomenon
of Pleistocene palaeoart traditions.
Willing participants are
asked to register before the 30th of June 2010 and
charges are 100 Euros for participants; 60 Euros
for accompanying persons and for students.
