The Cultural Affairs Officer of the U.S. Embassy, Ellen Bienstock, and the Cultural Affairs Specialist, Dr Justus Mbae, visited the TARA headquarters on 3 September, 2008. TARA has enjoyed the support of the Embassy on rock art projects in Suba and Kakapel.
