From 17 November to 11 December, the Head of TARA's Digital Imaging Centre, Reuben Chelimo, participated in the international course "SOIMA 2009:

Safeguarding Sound and Image Collections" in New Delhi, India. Reuben is one of about 20 participants from around the world selected by ICCROM, (International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property) to participate in this high-level course.
